Since we met at ASIS, our plan has changed a little bit for the better. I’ll be able to stay engaged with you throughout 2017, and we’ll be able to take a more deliberate approach to building your Sales and Professional Development Program for your sales people. As we discussed, our goal is to create a sustainable program that you can implement on your own – long after 2017… and we’ll do that together through next year.
Below are three things you should have complete by Valentine’s Day (our next leadership webinar)…
- Prepared to join our sales leadership webinar on February 14th at 11:00 Eastern. An invitation has been sent to your inbox, with a list of those that have registered and a link for those that haven’t.
- Have your weekly team sales training meetings one the calendar – same time and day every week for one hour. Ideally, you should schedule these meetings at the same time of our sales training webinars – either 9:00 Eastern or 11:00 Eastern on the third Tuesday of the month.
- Have your topics planned for the first eight sessions. These topics should be a combination of Professional Development, Product / Technology, and Sales.
