Earlier this week, I had a sales representative from a bank call me about refinancing a mortgage. His introduction was brutally uncomfortable, and I thought about this post from last a couple years ago for this week’s Throwback Thursday. Don’t make it complicated or try to impress anybody. Just be real. (I can’t believe I just typed “just be real”, but those words are perfect.)
