Five activities that should be habits to every sales person.

Think about how efficient you are at showering, brushing your teeth, and getting dressed.  You’re a machine, a bastion of speed and accuracy.  No one can get in your way… and you never, ever, think about it.  If a hidden camera recorded your showers, you’d likely perform the same exact routine every time without thinking about it.  These activities don’t require thinking, so we’ve created habits and our mind drives these behaviors with practically zero thought.

Selling requires many attributes, but creativity and energy are two of the top traits that all successful sales people possess – especially today.  We can’t put much of our activity on auto-pilot.  However, there are a few activities that can become habit – completely subconscious with no thought required.  Making these items habit will save you a ton of energy and creativity for the critical items.
