One of the most impactful things a sales leader can do with their sales people is to conduct one-on-one meetings with them. I don’t mean the “yeah, I’m always in front of my folks” meetings. I mean monthly or semi-monthly meetings scheduled at the same time and day meetings (e.g. the first and third Tuesday of the month at 8:30 am.).
