Hello everyone.  Our exercise this month is to define your top two tiers of current customers, and build a plan / routine for each tier.  I’ve provided a worksheet for you to use.

Your Assignment:

After completing the worksheet, submit the General Plan / Routine that you defined for your Tier 1 Customers in the comment section below. 

Below is an example of what your worksheet might look like.  (The table below is simply the example I used in the webinar. Please use it as a guide, but develop your own descriptors and routine.)
