The Best Lead Generation Campaigns Include These 4 Components

The goal of the article was to explain how inbound marketing can drive new business your way and offered up some simple ways you can get started. Today, we’re going to get more tactical and share what the best lead generation campaigns all include.

The best lead generation campaigns contain most, if not all, of these components. From a tactical perspective, system integration companies need these four elements to make inbound lead generation a reality.

#1. Your Offer

Also known as a lead magnet, an offer is a piece of content that is perceived high in value. Offers include ebooks, case studies, free consultations, and product demonstrations. #2. A Call-to-Action

A call-to-action (CTA) is either text, an image or a button that links directly to a landing page so people can find and download your offer. Calls-to-action are the secret sauce to driving people to your offers. If your CTAs aren’t effective at capturing people’s attention and persuading them to the click, then it makes the offer useless.  So make sure your CTA is clear about the offer and teases them enough to prompt action.

#3. A Landing Page

A landing page, unlike normal website pages, is a specialized page that contains information about one particular offer, and a form to download that offer. Visitors are on a landing page for one and only purpose: to complete the lead capture form and obtain the offer. Your Landing Page should be simple and concise, and not distract the visitor away from downloading the offer.

#4. Your Form

It’s impossible to capture leads without forms. Forms will collect contact information from a visitor in exchange for an offer. Using the right form fields for the right type of offer is critical. Name and Email would be perfect for an offer like an infographic, where Name, Email, Company and Phone might be required for a Case Study or demo.
